King Louie will supply all catering equipment for serving your BBQ, Fish Fry, or Banquet.  Including but not limited to: china, glassware and linen.  Waiters are available for banquets. Most Buffet are Self Serve..With No Problems

Uniformed special event team will cook your food on site.

Your fish will be cooked fresh on site with our high powered fryers using fresh oil or our specially designed BBQ pits.

It takes us approximately 15 minutes to cook 80 hamburgers, 150 hot dogs, 75 steaks.  In addition our ribs and chicken are slow cooked to perfection.  This ensures that your food is cooked fresh and ready when you are.

You must have table for salad and punch.

We require 3 Hours for set up time in your event facility/banquet hall.  We need to know at least two weeks in advance the location of your event and the time that we may gain entrance to this location.

NOTE: DURING HURRICANE SEASON OUR ONLY SOURCE OF INFORMATION WILL BE THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT.THIS  WILL DICATE WHEN WILL WE BE IN YOUR AREA. IF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SAYS YOUR AREA IS IN A UNSAFE ZONE PLEASE CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE YOUR FUNCTION. WE WILL BEND OVER BACKWARD TO ACCOMDATE YOU.

$200 Deposit is required to secure date.  

30 Days prior to your date a 50% balance is due. 

15 Days prior to your date the entire balance is due.

Arrangement to pay by check only at 15 days prior.   After 15 days all funds accepted must be by cashiers check or cash. Before Mailing Always Call,When near Your Date.

Any add on food must be paid in cash.

Any food that is left over belongs to you.  You must sign a release form stating you resume all responsibility for proper handling and storage of any leftover food you wish to keep.

Our minimum is stated on all menus.  If you do not meet our minimum order requirements we have plans available to assist you.

30 Days or more until event date - 100% refund

29 - 15 Days until event date - 75% refund

7 Days or Less until event date - 50% refund
 

If you see a sign of a potential problem.  Contact us right away.  We will try to work with you.  We do not want to keep any of your funds.  We assign a team for your date and reserve the time for our preparation in advance.  Remember great parties take great planning in advance.  We take our time and our business seriously.
